Step 1: Visit the Florida Board of Nursing CNA Renewal page:

Step 2: Log in to the Florida MQA Online Services and complete Licensed Practitioner login information on the
MQA Online Services Portal
Step 3: Verify that your personal information (mailing address, email, and phone number) is current.
Step 4: Complete the required renewal requirements, including your required in-service training/continuing education, if applicable. Florida CNAs are required to complete 24 hours of in-service training every 2 years. (Florida Board of Nursing)
Step 5: Complete and submit your renewal application online.
Step 6: Pay the required renewal fee using a debit or credit card.
Step 7: Once your renewal is approved, log back into the MQA Online Services Portal to download and print your updated electronic license for your records. (Florida Board of Nursing)
If you have forgotten your username or password, use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” option on the MQA Online Services Portal.
